Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any CrocLab product — including FocusCroc, DreamTone, AiDock, and DevCodec — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Products.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CrocLab products for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Product
Use the Products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Products
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Products
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Products offer Pro subscriptions managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refund policies are governed by the respective app store.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within our Products. By using community features, you grant CrocLab a non-exclusive license to display your public profile and activity data to other community members.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrocLab products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrocLab and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Products at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Products ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications. Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
