Welcome to CrocLab products. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and extensions developed by CrocLab, including but not limited to FocusCroc, DreamTone, AiDock, and DevCodec (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Products").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you register an account (applicable to FocusCroc), we collect your email address, username, and password.
Profile Information: You may optionally provide your avatar, nickname, and personal bio.
User-Generated Data: Study goals, plans, preferences, and related information.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Records: Including study duration, timer modes, app feature usage frequency.
Statistical Data: Duration statistics, consecutive check-in days, leaderboard rankings.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, timezone settings, language preferences.

2.3 Chrome Extensions (AiDock, DevCodec)

Our Chrome extensions store all data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. No data is transmitted to our servers. All encoding, decoding, formatting, and AI chat management operations are performed entirely within your browser.

2.4 Subscription and Payment Information

Subscription status, type (monthly/yearly), and expiration date.
Actual payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not store your credit card numbers or payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Recording and syncing your data across devices

Managing subscriptions
Providing community features (study circles, leaderboards)

Analyzing usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Information Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage

Local Storage: Some data is stored locally on your device to support offline use.
Cloud Storage: For data synchronization, we use Supabase cloud services. Servers are located in AWS ap-southeast-1 (Singapore).
Browser Extensions: All data is stored locally in your browser. No cloud storage is used.

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your data while you actively use the Products.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:

Community Features: Study circle members can see your username, avatar, and study statistics.
Service Providers: Supabase (data storage), Apple/Google (payment processing).
Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to legal processes.

6. Your Rights

Access: View your data within the Products.
Rectification: Modify your information on the profile page.
Erasure: Delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or contact us by email.
Data Portability: Request to export your data by contacting us.
Withdraw Consent: Stop using the Products or delete your account at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The Products are not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete such information.

8. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

Pro memberships are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
To cancel: iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Select the product > Cancel Subscription.

9. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For users in the EU, we comply with GDPR. For users in California, we comply with CCPA.
